This is a wonderful location for bird watching, horse riding and outdoor pursuits, with an abundance of sights of historical interest and easy access to all of East Sussex including the ferry port of Newhaven with its link to Europe via Dieppe.
Kingston Village is just outside the ancient market town of Lewes, with easy access to Brighton and the South Downs Way walking and cycling route. Sussex and Brighton Universities are three miles away and the world famous Glyndebourne opera house is five miles distant. We have a friendly dog and cat in the main house.
